The softness of the clouds and the romantic palette gives this piece a gentleness and a sense of calm. This is Bass Pond on Kiawah Island. The title came about from the gratitude I feel to be blessed to paint as my profession. Framed in a frame rubbed with a French gold wax to give a softer more vintage finish.
